The team

Antoine Foucher served as Chief of Staff to the French Minister of Labour, Muriel Pénicaud, from May 2017 to July 2020. Previously, he was Vice-President of Schneider Electric France from 2016 to 2017. From 2012 to 2016, he served first as Director of Labour Relations and Training and then as Deputy Director General of MEDEF, where he headed the Social Affairs Division.
Between 2011 and 2012, he was a technical adviser to Xavier Bertrand, then Minister of Labour, Employment and Health. From 2007 to 2010, he worked as a Senate administrator assigned to the Social Affairs Committee.
He holds bachelor’s degrees in Modern Literature and Philosophy, a master’s degree in Political Science, and a master’s degree from Sciences Po Paris.

Alain Druelles served as an adviser on vocational training in the office of Labour Minister Muriel Pénicaud from October 2018 to July 2020, and subsequently in the office of Élisabeth Borne from July to September 2020.
After managing a training organisation and later a vocational training fund collection body, he was appointed Head of Vocational Training at MEDEF. In 2011, he became Deputy Director and then Director of Education and Training.
In December 2017, he joined the DGEFP as head of the vocational training reform project, which ultimately led to the French “Freedom to Choose One’s Professional Future” Act.

Damien Delevallée served as Adviser for Labour Relations in the office of Muriel Pénicaud, Minister of Labour, from June 2019 to July 2020.
He joined the UIMM in 2003 as an employment law specialist, focusing first on working time and collective disputes, and later on vocational training. In 2010, he became Head of the Employment and Vocational Training Legal Department, before taking charge of the UIMM’s Labour Law Division in 2015.
In this role, he contributed to monitoring and implementing social reforms and to overhauling the industry’s collective bargaining provisions.

Bertrand Lamberti served as Adviser responsible for monitoring reforms in the office of Muriel Pénicaud, Minister of Labour, from September 2019 to July 2020.
He began his career at a telecommunications start-up, followed by another start-up within the Lagardère Group at the beginning of the digital era, before joining the French Association for Executive Employment (APEC) in 2003.
After holding roles in network operations and strategic marketing, he became Director of Strategy, Marketing, Digital and Customer Experience in 2010, a position he held until 2019.
Bertrand is a graduate of the École Supérieure du Commerce Extérieur and holds a master’s degree from HEC Paris. He is also certified as an Executive Coach by HEC Paris.

Audrey Basly worked as a social policy research officer at MEDEF until 2019. In this role, she contributed to numerous national cross-industry negotiations covering vocational training, the labour market, social dialogue, unemployment insurance, and related matters.
She also applied her expertise to projects involving the restructuring of professional sectors, the reform of OPCA training fund bodies, and employee representation criteria.
In 2020, she joined the French construction industry skills operator, OPCO de la Construction, as Studies and Research Project Manager. There, she led employment integration studies and managed major sector-wide projects focused on innovation and digital infrastructure.
Audrey joined Quintet in 2022.

Hakima Gouron holds a two-year higher education diploma in executive assistance. She began her career at a public relations agency, where she was responsible for administrative, human resources and financial management.
She then spent 17 years at MEDEF, first within the Labour Relations Department and subsequently within the Deputy Directorate-General for Social Affairs. In these roles, she managed the administrative operations of the Social Affairs Division and coordinated relations between the various parties involved in national cross-industry negotiations, ministerial offices and other social policy stakeholders. She also served as Treasurer of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE).
In 2018, she became an entrepreneur and opened her own restaurant. Hakima joined Quintet in 2022.

After earning a Master’s degree in Employment Relations Law from Montesquieu University Bordeaux IV, Barbara Merle joined the Social Affairs Department of the French National Public Works Federation (FNTP) in 2014 as an employment law specialist.
At the end of 2019, she was promoted to Head of Collective Labour Relations and Organisation, with responsibility for matters including collective labour relations, working time, and economic difficulties. She also became Secretary General of an association within the FNTP.
Barbara joined Quintet in March 2023.

After earning a Master’s degree in General Employment Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University in 2011 and qualifying as a lawyer in 2013, Emilie Poirson joined the UIMM as an employment law specialist focusing on individual employment relations. In this role, she notably contributed to the overhaul of the industry’s collective bargaining provisions.
In 2020, she joined the Labour and Social Protection Department of the French National Public Works Federation (FNTP) as Head of Individual Employment Relations and European Social Affairs.
Emilie joined Quintet in November 2022.

Philippine Ray earned a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Sciences Po Paris in 2019, following a year-long work-study placement with the Collective Bargaining Office of the French Directorate-General for Labour.
In 2020, while completing a Master’s degree in Employment Law at Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, she joined the office of Labour Minister Muriel Pénicaud. She joined Quintet when the firm was founded.
In 2022, she joined the Horizons & affiliated group at the French National Assembly as a legislative adviser responsible for monitoring the work of the Law Committee. She returned to Quintet in 2024.

Dominique Bisson began his career as Deputy Director of a training organisation within the French Building Federation. In 1989, he became Human Resources Director of a general construction company and began holding employer representative positions within joint labour-management bodies.
In 1999, he joined MEDEF as Head of Employment and Training for the Aquitaine region, and later for the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. He also served as Director General of MEDEF Nouvelle-Aquitaine and chaired several organisations, including GARF Haute-Normandie, ARACT Aquitaine, FONGECIF Aquitaine and FONGECIF Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
Dominique joined Quintet in September 2023 as Head of the firm’s South-West office.
