The Main Challenge
Ahead of upcoming workplace elections, our client wished to establish an objective assessment of its labor relations setup (including ~10 Works Councils and dozens of HS&WCCs). The key challenge: pinpoints structural issues within representative bodies and set a new baseline for the next mandate by boosting both the efficiency and local presence of social dialogue.
Deliverables
A comprehensive deliverable split into three sections — methodology, detailed diagnostic (operations of Works Councils, handling of HS&WC issues, role of ground-level representatives) — and ~20 operational proposals framed across four strategic axes: revitalizing Works Councils, reducing employee disconnect, enhancing inter-committee alignment, and restoring appeal to local delegate roles. Results delivered and presented to all stakeholders at the end of the engagement.
